Duplex Stainless Steel Coil

Alloys Duplex (Austentic-Ferritic) Stainless Steel are stabilized stainless by the addition of contents Mn and N which offer as their main advantages an excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, high tensile strength and processability.

It is generally considered as combine of austenitic stainless steel and ferritic stainless steel, while its resistance to stress corrosion cracking and chloridion pitting and crevice corrosion is distictly higher than 300 and 400 series.

● Features

1. Combination of alloy austenitic and ferritic stainless steel but slight to ferritic more, with perfect inter-granular and sensitization corrosion resistance to stress corrosion cracking and chloridion pitting and crevice.
2. Much great higher strength than austentic stainless steel, and excellent flexibility and ductility.
3. Particularly used in high complicated and extremely rough environment and conditions.
